A fixed eye pulley block is one in which there is no rotation in the block which affects the wire rope. It can be mounted using a rod, bolt, shackle or on a custom mounting. Fixed eye pulley blocks can be used for wire rope, fibrous rope or nylon. In most applications, Block Division blocks offer the ability for the swivel eye, swivel hook and fixed eye to be interchanged. Block Division pulley blocks are made with a zinc electroplating, which offers corrosion-resistance and is an excellent finish for both indoor and outdoor use. Block Division also offers our fixed eye blocks in a stainless steel finish. This type of finish is normally required for use by the food and beverage industry. It is also an excellent finish for use in applications with extreme exposure to dust, chemicals or environmental (such as salt water).
